4G Connect Kit Cellular Connectivity Service Agreement

Effective 1 July 2026
Please Read Carefully
This Agreement contains limitations of liability, disclaimers, important notices regarding Anti-Theft Assist and monitoring features, and (depending on your region) dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions that affect your legal rights. By activating or using the 4G Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.

1. Definitions

  1. "We" / "Yarbo" refers to the Yarbo entity providing the Service and its affiliates.
  2. "You" / "User" refers to the individual activating or using the Service.
  3. "Device" means the Yarbo robot with an embedded 4G Connect Kit and accessories.
  4. "4G Service" means the cellular value-added capabilities delivered via the embedded module and dedicated SIM, including Anti-Theft Assist, Smart Vision live view, remote interaction, Wi-Fi coverage compensation, and NetRTK positioning data transport.
  5. "Base Functions" means functions usable via Wi-Fi / Wi-Fi HaLow without the 4G Service, including mapping, automatic operation, status monitoring, and basic remote control.

2. Scope of Service

The 4G Service is a value-added connectivity service delivered via the embedded 4G module, unlocking: Anti-Theft Assist (GPS-assisted location tracking and geofence alerts), Smart Vision live yard viewing, remote interaction and OTA update delivery, a Wi-Fi coverage-compensation link where Wi-Fi is insufficient, and transport of correction data for NetRTK high-precision positioning. The 4G Service requires cellular coverage to operate, and feature performance may vary by region and model.

3. Base Functions Do Not Require 4G Service

The 4G Service is not required for the Device to function. Where Wi-Fi / Wi-Fi HaLow coverage is stable, the Device will continue to perform mapping, automatic operation, status monitoring, and basic remote control even if you do not activate or do not renew the 4G Service. The end of the free period or non-purchase does not affect the Device's core operating functions and will not disable the Device; only 4G-dependent value-added capabilities pause until you purchase again.

4. Free Period, Fees & No Auto-Renewal

  1. Different product lines receive free periods of different durations. The specific duration, start date, and applicable conditions of the free period are as stated on the product page and applicable policies at the time you activate the Device, and may be adjusted from time to time.
  2. One-time payment, no auto-renewal: after the free period, you may purchase a 4G service pack to continue using the value-added capabilities. This is a one-time payment; we do not auto-charge or auto-renew. You can view your service status any time in the Yarbo APP.
  3. The Service auto-links to your account via the Device serial number. Prices, applicable taxes, and the refund policy are as shown at the time of purchase.

5. SIM Card & Network Operator

The 4G Connect Kit uses a built-in dedicated SIM managed by Yarbo. The Service does not support third-party SIM cards or carrier selection.

6. Connectivity & Service Availability

The 4G Service relies on third-party mobile network operators and cellular coverage. We do not warrant that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at any particular time or location. Coverage, congestion, operator maintenance or policy, roaming limitations, power loss, and force majeure may affect availability and performance, which vary by region and model.
In some regions, operator policies (including restrictions on permanent roaming) may render the 4G Service unavailable or limited. In such cases, Base Functions remain usable via Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Halow (see Section 3).

7. Anti-Theft Assist — Important Notice

Anti-Theft Assist is an assistive, best-effort feature that provides GPS-assisted location tracking and geofence alerts; if the Device leaves its set boundary, you may receive an alert to help you locate it faster.
Important Disclaimer
Anti-Theft Assist is not a theft-prevention guarantee and is not a security or alarm system. Its effectiveness depends on factors beyond our control, including signal coverage, battery, removal or shielding of the module, and third-party networks, and may fail or be delayed. We do not guarantee that the Device will not be stolen, nor that a stolen Device can be located or recovered.
This feature is not a substitute for property insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from theft, loss, or non-recovery of the Device.

8. Smart Vision Live View & Third-Party Privacy

Smart Vision lets you watch your yard live via the Device camera. Enabling it may capture video images of your yard and surrounding areas. Live viewing requires the Device to be online; quality and continuity depend on local cellular conditions.

Your Lawful-Use Obligation
You are responsible for using this feature lawfully. You must not aim or use the camera to record neighbors' property, public areas, or other individuals without consent. In some jurisdictions, recording beyond your private premises may make you an independent data controller with corresponding obligations; audio recording may be subject to local laws.
You are solely responsible for liabilities arising from your unlawful use or infringement of third-party rights, and you agree to indemnify us to the extent permitted by law.
Where the product offers privacy masking, we recommend using it to exclude areas that should not be recorded.

9. Remote Interaction & Safety

The Service lets you interact with the Device remotely via your phone — including starting, stopping, and scheduling tasks and checking status — beyond typical Wi-Fi range where cellular coverage is available. The Device is machinery with rotating blades and autonomous movement; improper operation may cause personal injury or property damage.

Safe-Use Requirements
Before starting operation remotely, you must confirm the operating area is clear of people (especially children), pets, and obstacles. If you cannot confirm the area is safe, do not start operation remotely.
You must follow all safety instructions and manuals accompanying the Device. You are responsible for injury or loss resulting from your remote operation.
To reduce risk, the Device or app may require local confirmation or impose limits on certain high-risk actions; such measures do not constitute a warranty as to outcomes.

10. NetRTK High-Precision Positioning

NetRTK transmits correction data over 4G to provide positioning accuracy of up to centimeter-level under supported conditions. Actual accuracy depends on satellite visibility, obstructions, and local cellular conditions and may vary; we do not guarantee any specific accuracy in all circumstances.

11. Software & Firmware Updates (OTA)

11.1 Update Authorization
You authorize us to deliver software and firmware updates (OTA) to the Device over the network. Updates may fix defects, enhance security, improve performance, and may modify, add, or remove certain features. Some updates are necessary for safety or compliance and may install automatically.

11.2 Security-Update Commitment
For the period required by applicable law (for EU consumers, under digital-content/-service law), we will provide updates necessary to keep the Device in conformity, including security updates.

11.3 Update on the Allocation of Responsibilities
We will exercise reasonable care in delivering updates. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unavailability caused by interruption, failure, or delay of an update. However, nothing in this Section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and non-waivable rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Data & Privacy

Using the Service involves processing certain personal data to provide the features you enable. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable law and obtain your consent where required.
Details of how we collect, use, store, and share personal data, and the rights available to you and how to exercise them, are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency regarding data processing, the Privacy Policy governs.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfer

To provide the Service, your personal data may be transferred to, and stored and processed in, locations outside your country/region. We carry out such transfers with appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law. Further information on transfers is set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Marketing Communications

We may send you messages regarding service-expiry reminders, service packs, and related products. Transactional/safety notices (e.g., Device offline, security updates) are distinct from commercial marketing. For commercial electronic marketing messages, we will obtain any required consent and provide an easy unsubscribe method as required by the law of your region. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time; unsubscribing does not affect transactional/safety notices.

15. Your Responsibilities

  1. Use the Service lawfully and comply with all applicable local laws.
  2. Use camera and remote-interaction features lawfully and responsibly (Sections 8, 9).
  3. Safeguard your credentials and remain responsible for activity under your account.
  4. Do not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or use the Device/Service for unlawful purposes.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the 4G Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Specific disclaimers for Anti-Theft Assist, Smart Vision, and NetRTK are in Sections 7, 8, and 10.
This Section does not exclude warranties or rights that cannot be excluded by law (including statutory consumer guarantees).

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for service unavailability, failure of Anti-Theft Assist, Device theft, or interruption of live view.
Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
The above does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law. Where your jurisdiction does not allow certain exclusions or limitations, they do not apply to you.

18. Changes, Suspension & Termination

  1. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or features for compliance, safety, or operational reasons. For material adverse changes, we will give reasonable prior notice by reasonable means.
  2. If we permanently discontinue the Service and you have paid for an unused period, we will provide a pro rata refund in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.
  3. Regardless of any change or termination, the Device's Base Functions are unaffected (Section 3).

19. Transfer of the Device

If you transfer or sell the Device, you must unbind your account and erase personal data on the Device (including historical video and location) to protect your and the transferee's privacy. Transfer of any remaining service period (if available) is subject to our then-current policy. You bear the risk of personal-data exposure arising from transferring the Device without erasing data.

20. Consumer Rights

This Agreement does not affect any non-waivable rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your location. Where any provision conflicts with such rights, the law prevails to the extent of the conflict.

21. Governing Law & Disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes relating to the Service will be submitted to the competent courts located in the State of New York or resolved under the dispute-resolution terms then in effect.

If you are a consumer outside the United States (including in the EU/EEA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand), the above governing-law and jurisdiction terms do not deprive you of protections under the mandatory law of your location; to the extent required by such law, you may benefit from the governing law and remedies available at your place of habitual residence.

22. General Provisions

  1. Entire agreement: this Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and checkout terms, is the entire agreement regarding the Service.
  2. Severability: if any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
  3. Language: we may provide this Agreement in multiple languages. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law, without reducing consumer rights under applicable law.
  4. Amendments: we may revise this Agreement from time to time; material revisions will be notified by reasonable means and, where applicable, require your consent.
  5. Contact: for questions about this Agreement or the Service, contact us through official channels; for privacy matters, see the contact details in our Privacy Policy.
