Warranty Policy

Important Notice Regarding Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits provided to you under this Yarbo Manufacturer's Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

What This Manufacturer's Warranty Does Not Cover

  1. Normal Wear and Tear (e.g., consumable parts such as blades, belts, scrapers, etc.). This does not limit your rights under the consumer guarantees if a part fails unreasonably early.
  2. Damage from misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.
  3. Unauthorized repairs, servicing, or modifications.
  4. Use of third-party or non-Yarbo replacement components.
  5. Damage resulting from extreme environmental events such as floods, lightning strikes, fire, or use outside of specified operating conditions.
  6. Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
  7. Use in commercial, professional, or rental contexts.
  8. Damage caused by use of the product outside Australia (for example, due to incompatible voltage or local climate conditions). Warranty repairs are performed at our authorised service centres, which may be located in Australia; you may be required to return the product at your cost unless we determine otherwise. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  9. Lack of valid proof of purchase or serial number tampering.
