Consumer Guarantee Rights (For Product Quality Issues)
· Replacement (free of charge with a brand-new equivalent product)
· Repair (free of charge)
If the product has a minor failure, Yarbo reserves the right to choose between repair, replacement, or partial refund.
30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
In addition to your statutory rights, Yarbo offers a 30-day change-of-mind return service.
Conditions:
a) Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product
b) Product must be unused, in resalable condition, with all accessories and documentation included
c) Must be returned in original manufacturer packaging. If original packaging is lost or severely damaged, a reasonable replacement packaging fee will be deducted from the refund
d) Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are borne by you
e) Separately purchased accessories and consumables are subject to a 14-day change-of-mind return period, and must be unused with original packaging intact
Refund Amount:
· Full product price refunded
· Original shipping fees are non-refundable
· Packaging replacement fee (if applicable) will be deducted
· Return shipping costs are your responsibility
45-Day Replacement Policy (Quality Issues)
Transit Damage or Manufacturing Defects
· Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies (e.g., wrong item, missing parts), contact us immediately. Prompt notification enables us to assess and resolve the issue swiftly.
· Products damaged during transit or with manufacturing defects qualify for a free replacement within 45 days of receipt; Yarbo covers all shipping costs (reasonable surcharges may apply for remote areas; you will be notified in advance).
Supplement to Statutory Rights
· The 45-day period is Yarbo’s express replacement service commitment and does not limit your longer-term statutory rights under the ACL
· Quality issues discovered after 45 days remain covered by ACL repair, replacement, or refund entitlements
Exclusions
We reserve the right to deny free replacement/refund in the following cases:
· Damage caused by operating the product contrary to official instructions or maintenance guides
· Failures caused by unauthorized components or accessories
· Damage from external factors beyond reasonable control (fire, flood, high winds, lightning) where such risk exceeds the product’s design protection

Process Overview:
Change-of-Mind Return:
1. We approve your request and provide the return address
2. You arrange and pay for return shipping
3. Inspection completed within 5 business days of receipt
4. Refund processed to original payment method (bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days)
Quality Issue Replacement:
1. After confirming the fault, we dispatch a new unit first (no need to wait for the old unit)
2. We provide a prepaid return label to collect the old unit
3. If you prefer to return the old unit before receiving the new one, please specify when applying
Important Notes:
· Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
· We recommend retaining original packaging materials for 45 days for potential returns
· Please have your order number and problem description ready for efficient processing
Repair & Warranty Services
Yarbo provides global warranty support with authorized repair centers in Australia.
Warranty Coverage:
· Warranty period starts from whichever occurs first: product activation date or 3 days after delivery of the complete Yarbo set
· Check specific warranty dates in the Yarbo App: Privacy & Security > Warranty
Management
· For multi-module packages, second/third module warranties commence on their respective activation dates or 3 days after delivery
· Free warranty repairs cover all costs during the warranty period
· This warranty is an additional service and does not affect your ACL statutory rights

Policy Effectiveness Statement
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. In case of any conflict between this policy and the ACL, the ACL prevails.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to ensure you are aware of the latest version.
