Warranty Policy
Important Notice Regarding Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
The benefits provided to you under this Yarbo Manufacturer's Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
· Yarbo is committed to providing durable products and trusted service. We offer this 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty on all eligible products, providing you with confidence and support for your purchase.
Warranty Start Date
Warranty coverage begins on the earlier of:
· The activation date of the product via the Yarbo App, or three (3) calendar days after delivery of the product to the customer’s address.
· For multi-module bundles, each module’s warranty starts independently. Warranty periods can be viewed in the Yarbo App under: Privacy & Security > Warranty Management.
What This Manufacturer's Warranty Does Not Cover
· Normal Wear and Tear (e.g., consumable parts such as blades, belts, scrapers, etc.). This does not limit your rights under the consumer guarantees if a part fails unreasonably early.
· Damage from misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.
· Unauthorized repairs, servicing, or modifications.
· Use of third-party or non-Yarbo replacement components.
· Damage resulting from extreme environmental events such as floods, lightning strikes, fire, or use outside of specified operating conditions.
· Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
· Use in commercial, professional, or rental contexts.
· Use of the product outside of Australia if originally purchased in Australia.
· Lack of valid proof of purchase or serial number tampering.
How to Request Service
1. Submit a Support Request: Visit yarbo.com/support or contact us via email, phone, or live chat.
2. Remote Troubleshooting: Our technical support team will attempt to resolve your issue remotely.
3. Remedy for Failures: If the issue is covered by this warranty or the consumer guarantees:
· For a major failure, you are entitled to choose a replacement or a full refund.
· For a failure that is not a major failure, Yarbo will choose to repair the product or provide a replacement product at our cost.
· For valid claims, Yarbo will cover the reasonable costs of return postage or transportation.
Repair Return & Abandonment Policy
If a product is returned for service but the customer cannot be reached or does not provide a valid shipping address within 90 days, the product may be considered abandoned. Yarbo reserves the right to dispose of abandoned products. A storage fee of $30/day may apply after 15 days of non-response following the repair completion notification.
Additional Terms
· This Manufacturer's Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product.
· Replacement products or parts do not reset or extend the original warranty period.
